The Belt Collection

Hill and Hide leather belts are handcrafted in Norfolk, England from traditional English Bridle Leather, selected for its strength, character and longevity.

We use bridle leather from J. & E. Sedgwick, an English tannery established in 1900. Originally developed for demanding equestrian use, this full-grain leather combines exceptional durability with a distinctive finish that becomes richer with wear.

Each belt is individually cut, prepared and finished in our Norfolk workshop before being paired with quality solid brass hardware. Available in several widths and traditional bridle leather colours, the collection includes belts suited to both everyday and smarter wear.

We favour straightforward construction and exceptional materials over unnecessary detail. Over time, the leather will soften and develop its own natural patina, creating a belt that becomes increasingly individual through use.

Made in England in small quantities, our handmade leather belts are designed to be worn for years.
